Meditation for Beginners Package:
Danielle is excited to now offerone on one meditation teachings! This package is great for anyone looking to reduce stress, increase mental clarity, make clear and wise decisions in their life

Meditation for Beginners Package: $ 200 plus HST

Includes:

  • Initial consultation: a one hour appointment to discuss your goals and the requirements for integrating the techniques
  • One on One appointment: Overview of your personalized meditation plan, discussion and demonstration of techniques, detailed instructions for at home use
  • Support: ongoing online support and weekly activities to enhance your practice ( for one month)
  • Follow up appointment: After a month of practice a follow up appointment to rediscuss goals and achievements. Final recommendations and further techniques for personal use are given.
  • Meditation CD: you will be given a CD with 2 meditation journeys to aid in your practice.
