Chakra Balance Session

The Chakras are energetic centres within the spiritual body that help to maintain balance in your spiritual space. Their energy is vital to your spiritual wellbeing and growth. A Chakra Balance session allows you to relax and recharge these energies, removing blockages. The 30 minute session is just a balance and recharge. 

Chakra Assessment with Balance:  Each Chakra is assessed and then rebalanced through dowsing, crystal work and energy techniques. After the session, you will receive an emailed version of the assessment with suggested exercises on how to maintain balance in your energy sessions. This is the 60 minute session, it is much more comprehensive and provices you with the tools to maintain your energy centres at home as well as sharing any wisdom given from your guides, angelic team or ascended masters. You will know who is working with you spiritually to balance your energies.
