Spiritual Development: Foundations of Spiritual Growth

Foundations of Spiritual Growth provides you with a thorough understanding of the basic tenants of spiritual development. It provides that first proverbial leap off the edge, into a new you! Each week is structured to provide you with self awareness activities as we explore the foundations required for spiritual growth. We will discuss and practice techniques for grounding, centering, protection and basic breathwork. As part of the program you will recieve a detailed manual and a workbook to document your progress and growth. A certificate of completion will be provided upon completion of the required activities. This is a 4 week course.
